It appears that DeSantis is planning to cooperate with anti-abortion activists to further restrict abortions in FL. However his spokesmen have not specified what kind of additional restrictions will be attempted.

Good answer and source. Don't forget to provide a rating. Sometimes "N/A, not enough information "can be used when there's not enough coverage on a topic or it's a developing story, such as in this case.

I couldn't find any source that supports the claim that Florida Governor Ron DeDantis plans to ban abortion with no exceptions for rape or incest. According to the Planned Parenthood of Florida Website, DeSantis signed a 6 week abortion ban that went into effect in 2024 with exceptions for rape and incest. While it is true he is against abortion in most cases, there are no primary sources that confirm or deny that these are his plans.

This claim declaring that Florida Governor Ron Desantis plans to fully ban abortions is inaccurate. DeSantis has signed into law in April 2022 a restriction of abortion to after 15 weeks, without any exceptions for rape, incest or human trafficing. Later in 2023, he approved the Heartbeat Protection Act, which further limited abortions to 6 weeks but includes exceptions for rape and incest, only if the woman could prove records. This ban was set to take place only after a state Supreme Court ruling, but the 15 week restriction was put into place in 2024. So this claim is partially right, but lacks context and key details.
