According to Russian Officials on may 21-22 there was a ukranian drone strike on a Dormitory and educational buildings on the Starobilsk campus. The Ukrainian forces have claimed to have carried out an attack in the Starobilsk area but stated that they targeted a russian military unit not a civilian dormitory.
For this occurence I was unable to find anything that confirmed either the word of Russia's claim or Ukraine's claim. The united nations had noted a security council meeting but they could not confirm the accuracies of the report.
The claim that 21 student were killed is true, however the claim that it was at the hands of ukraine cannot be confirmed yet. Which makes this claim as disputed because right now it is ones word against the other.
