i think it is not a good source bacause of a you tube video is not legimate anybody can put anything  exaggerated and misleading

No, Ukraine is not a U.S. colony and will very likely not become one. The video associated with the title uses this idea as a way to garner attention and most likely does not believe that Ukraine is a colony of the US at all.
