False. When I searched for the claim "Kiev regime (Ukraine) is retreating on all fronts", the closest reliable source I could find is the most recent reporting from BBC's tracking of the Russia-Ukraine war, which states nothing about Ukraine's fronts retreating. In addition, I found an article from The Nightly, which has the headline "Vladimir Putin says Ukrainian Forces are in retreat on all fronts". However, if you read the article, while Putin claims this, there are no other sources, especially none from Ukraine, that state this. Also, looking at the Bluesky user's account, they clearly have a bias towards Russia. They also provide no proof to back up their claim in the post.

I was not able to find any article that supported this claim. When I searched for the claim "Kiev regime (Ukraine) is retreating on all fronts," the most reliable recent source I found was BBC's latest coverage of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, which does not mention Ukraine's fronts retreating. Additionally, I came across an article from The Nightly titled "Vladimir Putin says Ukrainian Forces are in retreat on all fronts." However, upon reading it, although Putin makes this assertion, there are no other sources, particularly from Ukraine, confirming it. On October 19-20, Russian attacks targeted areas around Pokrovsk, including Rodynske, Krasnyi Lyman, Kozatske, and others. A Russian milblogger claimed Ukrainian counterattacks near Balahan, Kozatske, and Fedorivka. Geolocated footage showed Ukrainian strikes on Russian positions after infiltration missions in Myrnohrad and Pokrovsk. The ISW assesses these efforts didn't change terrain control or the FEBA. The Ukrainian 7th Rapid Reaction Corps reported Russian sabotage groups penetrated central Pokrovsk, killing civilians near the railway station. Ukrainian forces eliminated intruders and destroyed 14 Russian soldiers inside Pokrovsk in the past two days, with Russian forces trying to expand the 'gray zone" and penetrate the settlement multiple ways.
