This is mostly true. According to the 25th annual drive-thru study, Taco Bell was ranked as the fastest overall restaurant for the fifth year in a row, with an average drive-thru time of around 4 minutes and 16 seconds.

Chick-fil-A, however, was ranked as the slowest drive-thru with an average time of around 7 minutes and 5 seconds. But what Chick-fil-A lacks in speed, it makes up for with customer service, as it was first in overall satisfaction. Where this claim is a little misleading, is that it wasn't actually first overall; it was tied for first overall with Dutch Bros. Dutch Bros was also ranked as the number one most accurate out of all the other drive-thrus, so I would put Dutch Bros higher than Chick-fil-A just because it won in another category.

According to the study itself, out of the three categories the drive-thrus were split up into (classic, chicken, and beverage,) classic was the overall fastest category while chicken was the slowest. When it came to order accuracy, the beverage group was by far the best, while chicken was again at the bottom. Dutch Bros had the best percentage by a large margin, boasting an impressive 96% accuracy on its orders.

Overall, this claim is mostly true, but there are some little details to include to help clear it up, and I would have put Dutch Bros instead of Chick-fil-A on the original claim.
