Yes the claim that a Durham report proved the Russia Gate to be a set up is partially true. There is a 29 page report that has been recently declassified and reached the public, but the FBI does not have a clear answer if the Russia Gate was one big scheme. In the unclassified report there are mentions of FBI failing to investigate Clinton's possible involvement in creating a Russian-Trump connection. In the annex, there is reports that the Democratic Party had a hand in the Russia Gate, in attempt to give momentum to the party, and to further discredit Trump. It can be assumed that Russia Gate was most likely a set up, but then again there is no confirmation quite yet.
