I believe the original claim “ Spending time on personal hobbies make one happier” is true. After doing some further research about the claim I found that having a hobby that you enjoy doing can improve your overall wellbeing. Hobbies can lower stress levels and increase ur mood because you are doing something that you enjoy and it is a moment of relief. Hobbies can also improve relationships, many people go through periods of their life where they feel lonely but doing a hobby that you enjoy with a group of people who also enjoy it can promote a sense of community.
