The TikTok user who posted this seems to be just a random person from somewhere in the world who would most likely not have a list of everyone who visited. Another thing that makes it obvious this isn't a good source is that the information was published in a message group chat. The headline does correlate with the video so it is not trying to trick you about what the video is claiming, but the information is from a. completely unreliable source. According to a list provided by The United States District Court neither of these two women are on the list.

The original claim is based on information from a tiktok video, and any other claims that match up also come from other bogus sources. The actual list of names of those who visited the Islands were released Jan. 2025, due to a lawsuit filed by Virginia Giuffre, an alleged victim of the Islands. She filed against British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's former girlfriend. Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence after she was convicted in December 2021 for helping Epstein recruit and sexually abuse underage girls. This is what NewsWeek had to say about these allegations. 

“This list is completely bogus. None of these names appear in the flight logs published by Gawker in 2015, nor were any of these names mentioned in the unsealed Ghislaine Maxwell lawsuit documents released on Wednesday January 3.” So in short, there is no concrete evidence that shows Beyonce nor Chrissy Teigen actually visited Epstein Island.

There’s no solid evidence that either Beyoncé or Chrissy Teigen ever went to Epstein’s island. This claim’s been floating around TikTok and other sites for a while, usually attached to “lists” of celebrities that supposedly show who visited or was connected to Epstein. But when you actually check the verified documents, those names don’t show up anywhere.
