This claim is true. Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested at a protest outside of a ICE detainment center in New Jersey. Baraka joined three other members of congress at the protest. Baraka was told that he was not allowed to enter the facility and when he did he was arrested for trespassing. The body cam footage of the arrest has been released to the public. Baraka argues that he was not tresspassing and simply exercising his right to protest. "I did not trespass, I was invited to the facility for a press conference."(The Times of India).

As can be seen in both of these sources, Mayor Baraka was arrested outside of an ICE facility in Newark. According to CNN, he was arrested after he tried to join a scheduled tour with a New Jersey congressional delegation. This lines up with the Sky News article which cites an Department of Homeland Security agent saying, "Congressmen are different. Congresswomen are different." and informing him that if he didn't step back he would be placed under arrest.
